We have an amazing team of human beings and wanted to help you get to know them more! We're starting with two of our managers, Kathy and Zarish. Read on to get to know the people that bring you the best baking in the city!

Kathy

If you’ve shopped at our Mayfair location, you’ve met Kathy. She is this location’s Front of House Manager but we like to call her ‘the glue that holds us together’, as she truly does a bit of everything. Next time you’re in, ask her about her car - it’s awfully pretty.


Role: Mayfair Front of House Manager and have been on the Christies team for over four 4 years.

Favourite products: Chocolate mint wreath cookies and ginger molasses cookies, fresh from the oven.

Favourite part of working for Christies: The laughs we have together!
Interesting things about me: I love doing jigsaw puzzles and taking long road trips, and I drive a classic car.

Zarish

Zarish has been one of our managers since the January 2022, though she’s been a familiar face for a few years now. We love that she brings a huge smile and a love for K-Pop every day.

Role: Manager at Il Secondo and has been with Christie's for over three years.

Favourite products: Sourdough, sweet scones, and morning buns.

Favourite part of working for Christies: That it's a locally owned and operated business and has a beautiful impact on the surrounding community.

Interesting things about me: I love reading and listening to diverse music. My favourite movies are Snow Piercer, In the mood for Love, and Minari. I'm multilingual and can speak 4+ languages. As well, I’ve studied to be a filmmaker.
