Product Information
Our products vary in their organic certification. If a product is organic, that information will be clearly listed in the product description.
Our bakery uses gluten-containing ingredients, and so we cannot guarantee any of our products are completely free of gluten cross-contamination.
For products from other vendors that we carry, the availability of gluten-free and gluten-friendly products varies by vendor. The product description will indicate if an item is gluten-free or gluten-friendly.
We do have peanut-free products available, but our bakery also handles nuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of nut allergens.
We do not currently publish nutritional facts or calorie information for our products.
For a number of our products, we do publish the ingredients used on the product labels.
Ordering
All orders require a minimum 2-day lead time before the 10 PM cutoff.
Unfortunately, same-day pickup is not available.
Some products are only available on certain days, which can impact your ability to place an order.
If you have two or more products that are only available on different days you won't be able to place your order.
Once your cart is full and you are ready to checkout, follow these steps:
- Select "Delivery"
- Enter your postal code and select the window that pops up with your official postal code
- Select the date you would like your order delivered
- A window will appear with your delivery window (2:00-6:00), select that!
- You should be able to click "checkout" and get your order finalized!
You do not need an account to place an order, however setting up an account also saves your contact and payment info so that future orders are faster.
When you make an order, signing up to receive marketing helps you stay in touch with shop updates, offers, and discounts.
Depending on the products you’ve purchased or the products you’re hoping to add to the order, we can often help you add or edit your order. Please email us at info@christiesbakery.com to see if we can help.
You can typically cancel your order for a full refund up to 48 hours ahead of your order date.
After 48 hours, many products have been prepared for your order and so they cannot be canceled for a full refund.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Delivery
- Orders $5.00 - $49.99: $8.99 delivery fee
- Orders $50.00 - $99.99: $4.99 delivery fee
- Orders $100.00+: Free delivery
We offer delivery Tuesday through Saturday, with a delivery window from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a more specific delivery time within that window.
No, our delivery service is contact-free. We will leave your order in a pre-arranged location at your address.
However, we are not responsible for any damage or theft after the delivery is made.
Yes, you have the option to pick up your order at either our Mayfair Bakery or Il Secondo location in Saskatoon. The pickup location and instructions will be provided during checkout.
Yes we can deliver to apartments.
On the delivery day, we will contact you to coordinate access, either by you buzzing us in or leaving the order at your door.

Yes, you can change your delivery address up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
You can also change your delivery date up to 48 hours in advance.
Currently, we only offer delivery within the Saskatoon city limits.
