Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter

Too much garlic...said no Italian ever, so we put three different types of garlic in this butter to take it over the top.  Obviously, it's great on any of our fabulous breads, but also livens up many other meals.  Put it on a grilled steak, finish cooked veggies like asparagus or green beans and put it on cooked rice or pasta for a quick and easy side.
