Fruit Cake

A traditional cake intensely packed with candied fruit and nuts that are soaked in rum and brandy. Legend has it that our fruitcake recipe was used on the CN railways at Christmas time early last century. My uncle passed the recipe onto our father and it has been part of our Christmas production for decades.
