Our baguette is true French classic with a crisp exterior and a chewy, buttery interior. They ferment a portion of the flour for 18 hours with a classic poolish which brings extra shelf life and a gentle sweetness to the flavour.

Sold in singles.

Ingredients: unbleached white flour, water, salt, yeast
