A sweet, yeasted bread that has the texture of a cake and is light, airy and delicious. It has its origins in Milan, Italy but we have been producing our Panettone for the Christmas Season for over 20 years. Our flavour is traditional and features butter, vanilla, candied orange and lemon peel and raisins. We top it off with a special blend of almond flour, cocoa butter, vanilla and finely sliced almonds.

it isn't full on Christmas season until I've had a taste of this traditional cake-like-bread. just perfect in the morning with a cuppa coffee.
