Also known as Khorasan, Kamut is an ancient grain that has become a popular flour choice among artisan bread bakers due to its high protein and fibre content as well as its general nutrient density. Made in the traditional naturally-fermented sourdough method, this bread contains 65% white and 35% kamut. The addition of sunflower seeds and honey brings even more nutritional content as well as an inviting nutty aroma and flavour. Kamut flour is high is antioxidants, proteins and will help to lower cholesterol.
