This bread's got character! With its deep caramelized crust and soft centre, our Pugliese brings a bit of rustic Italian charm to your table. The dough loves to do its own thing while it rises, giving each loaf its own unique shape and personality.

This is a classic bread from the Puglia (Apulia in English) region in Italy. Each batch we make is carefully crafted to develop those amazing flavours that make it so special.

Slice it thick and drizzle with olive oil for the most amazing bruschetta, or tear off chunks to soak up your favourite pasta sauce.
