This crowd-pleasing loaf is one of Tracey's personal favourites! With a soft, tender crumb and bits of toasted oats throughout, it's the kind of bread that makes you look forward to breakfast. The hint of honey gives it just the right touch of sweetness without being overwhelming.

We use local honey and toast our oats before adding them to bring out their nutty flavour. Each loaf is shaped by hand and carefully baked to get that perfect golden brown crust.
