This is one of those breads that makes you stop and say "wow" - the combo of flax and mustard seeds creates this amazing nutty, tangy flavour that you won't find anywhere else. The crust has that perfect chewy bite, and when you tear it open, you'll find a soft, delicate inside dotted with seeds throughout.

We mix three different flours (unbleached white, whole wheat, and rye) with plenty of flax and mustard seeds to create this unique ciabatta-style loaf.
