Plain Croissant

Light as air and loaded with buttery layers that shatter delicately when you take a bite. Each croissant is rolled and shaped by hand, then baked until it's perfectly golden with a crispy outside and cloud-soft inside. When you pull it apart, you'll see all those lovely layers we worked so hard to create!

We take our time with these beauties - folding and rolling the dough over and over to get those incredibly flaky layers that make a really great croissant.
