Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

Grated zucchini is the secret to keeping these muffins moist, rich and delicious.  They are not too sweet so they still feel like a muffin rather than a cupcake, and the chocolate factor is multiplied by four...cocoa powder, chocolate chips, chocolate crumble and chocolate glaze.
