Royal Chicken Pie
It's not your traditional chicken pot pie, it's better. All the chicken, all the vegetables. That's what makes it royal.
Start with the whole bird, make nice big pieces of the breast and thigh and simmer the bones for the sauce.

Pie crust is light and flakey. The inside is very flavorful and full of chicken and vegetables and not loaded with salt. Makes a very nice quick meal.
