A blend of herbs highlighted by basil, oregano and parsley along with roasted garlic and sharp asiago cheese make this feature flavoured sourdough delicious.  Use it in a sandwich to take it over the top or just put some butter on it to have a quick snack. Any way you use it, it's fantastic.
