These are a staff and customer favourite, big heart cookies with a special Valentine’s message on them.

Sweet raspberry jam sandwiched between two shortbread cookies. Personally, this might be my favourite cookie of ours!

These tasty bites are small savarins, small french cakes soaked in liqueur and filled with a topping. Ours have a cherry filling and topped with a rosette of vanilla buttercream and drizzled with chocolate glaze.

Just like the cake, but in cookie format. Soft and cake-like in texture, they have a light cocoa flavour and are full of big white chocolate chunks.
