IN MY KITCHEN: LESLIE'S GO-TO BRUSCHETTA

Hi there. This is me making Bruschetta. While you can make this anytime, it's a recipe I love making in the summer when tomatoes are in season. I love Italian cuisine and sometimes I pair this just with a small salad and voila! Dinner!

Steps
Step 1. Chop tomatoes
Doesn't really matter what kind, ripe ones are always best, cut in half and cut the insides out before you chop, discard the insides, then season with some salt
Step 2. Garlic
Depends on how much chopped tomato! Fresh garlic - a little goes a long way, but CRUSH it!
Step 3. Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
Enough of each to coat the tomatoes
Step 4. Fresh Chopped Basil
Step 5. Bread
Whatever fresh baguette you prefer, slice however you like, brush w/olive oil, and toast (275 or 300, no hotter or it will be TOO much like toast)
Step 6. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Top each tasty bite with a sprinkle and ENJOY!
